    Hi! I’m Susanna — a North Carolina native with a creative spirit, a mind full of song lyrics, and a passion for capturing the looks of genuine love.

    As a photographer and design partner, I like to focus on the candid moments that make up the larger picture of your love story. I strive to create timeless moments that will be treasured for years to come. I love to utilize natural light to highlight the emotions between you and your partner. I’m focused on helping you and your partner feel comfortable in front of the camera so your images look and feel natural. I’m also happy to provide guidance on nailing some great poses if that’s more your style. Either way, people will be thinking you two are full-time models!

    Hi! I'm MacKensie — the planner, designer, and creative force behind Married By Mackky. I'm based in Durham, North Carolina, but my roots are in the mountains of Asheville, where I first fell in love with beautiful, intentional events. I studied at UNC Chapel Hill and spent the early part of my career in politics before turning my passion for storytelling, design, and meaningful experiences into helping people create impactful gatherings.

    Now, I help couples create highly personalized weddings that reflect their unique style, story, and sensibilities — always with a focus on beauty, creativity, and modern ease. I believe great planning is all about details, trust, and joy.

    Hi! I'm Nia — and I support our couples throughout the planning process and help ensure every detail runs smoothly on wedding day—from vendor check-ins to boutonnière pinning to bustling that dream dress.

    I live in the Triangle and, outside of weddings, I work as a physical therapist—so helping people feel supported (emotionally and physically!) is in my DNA. I have a deep love for florals, color palettes, and those tiny, thoughtful touches that bring a celebration to life. Creating joyful, seamless, beauty-filled experiences for our couples is one of my favorite things—I'm so glad you're here!
